Links to Health provides counseling, psychological services, programming for at risk youth, and a variety of tutoring services to assist those with learning difficulties.


People With Disabilities

 

Links to Health work closely with people with disabilities to help them receive training, prepare for work, find employment, volunteer opportunites, and education. If you have a disabilty, we would love to have a meeting with you to discuss a potential plan of action. There are many resources available, and we can help guide you through the processes.


At Risk Youth

 

Our youth initiative addresses needs of rural at risk youth 15 to 29 years of age with the employment readiness programming.

Program Components

18 weeks full time program to return youth to school or work including:

* 6 weeks life skills, career planning and job search workshops
* 12 weeks work placement with local employers

Counseling

 

Links To Health offers a variety of counseling services. Using a cognitive behavioural approach, we have a registered social worker available to address:

  • Individual, family and marital issues
  • Anger and conflict management issues at a personal and work level

Services are available on a fee-for-service basis or paid for by the following providers.
